My step-grandfather, the “Judge”, started his law career in the Alameda County DA’s office. His colleague there and life long friend was Earl Warren. The Judge called my dad and invited him to his home in Lafayette- “Sky Hy Ranch”, for cocktails. He had company and this picture was taken in the Judge’s study with my dad and Earl Warren.
